Sue's life long love of dance started at the young age of 6 years old when her Mom signed her up for her very first dance classes in Stafford Springs, CT. She studied under a diversified group of instructors in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, Irish step dancing, latin, ballroom, and swing.
After competing in ballroom in 2008, She decided to train to teach others her passion for dance and studied under Master teacher, Helle Rusholt Yi in the D.V.I.D.A. syllabus.
She teaches ballroom and latin dance styles in area venues in East Bay Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts offering group classes, private lessons, specialized wedding dance choreography , and hosting social ballroom dance events
In 2012, after suffering a near fatal heart attack, and 2 cardiac arrests Sue recovered from coronary bypass surgery and returned to teaching. She continued with ballroom and latin dance styles and trained and became a licensed Zumba & Zumba Gold Instructor.
